LMS: Enge and Garcia ready for next 1000 km - 08.05.2008
The Team Modena drivers Tomas Enge and Antonio Garcia are ready for next race of the Le Mans Series. The famous Spa-Francorchamps track hosts the third round and, as usual, the race will be 1000 km or six hours long. The Czech-Spanish duo is going to the seven kilometres long track in the Ardennes fresh from their victory in the last race at Monza. They are sharing again the proven Aston Martin DBR9 of the LM GT1 class.
Their winning run fortnight ago was a very carefully one. Both drivers fought very hard and close battle with Luc Alphand’s Corvette. Especially the last dash between Enge and Olivier Beretta was a mammoth one. Both cars crossed the line within 12 seconds after more than five hours.
